ELEMENT by SENERGY360 sits on 43.5 acres in a serene canyon north of Tucson, Arizona, between Oracle and SaddleBrooke at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains. No overhead power lines. No cell towers. Dark skies. The community is planned across five parcels — up to twenty Eco-Health-designed residences on 1.25 to 1.5-acre lots — woven together with organic gardens, walking trails, and natural desert landscaping.
Each home is designed as an integrated living system: mass-wall envelope, EMF-free sleep environments, circadian lighting, air filtered and humidity-controlled, water filtered and structured, non-toxic interior finishes throughout.

ELEMENT is not a healthy-home retrofit at scale. The community, each parcel, and each home are designed from the ground up around the same set of building-biology principles — so wellness performance is not a package of options but the baseline the homes are built to. Every residence is designed and constructed by SENERGY360 to SENERGY360's twelve CORE Principles for Healthy Building Design, with interiors shaped by Kristin Kilmer Design & Wellness.
A Community, Not a Retrofit
Up to twenty Eco-Health residences on 43.5 acres, planned as one wellness system: shielded siting, organic gardens, walking trails, community center, and shared stewardship — not a subdivision with wellness features bolted on.
Mass-Wall Envelope
Rammed earth and FASWALL ICCF walls give every home thermal mass, soundproofing, moisture resilience, and a quiet interior. Wood tongue-and-groove ceilings and Corten/brushed-metal accents carry the five-element language through the shell.
EMF-Free Sleep Zones
Bedroom circuits switch off overnight. Low-EMF electrical design throughout. Homes are engineered as sleep sanctuaries in a canyon with no overhead lines and no cell towers — protection at the site and at the panel.
Water Filtered to the Molecule, Then Structured
Whole-home water treatment goes beyond conventional filtration to remove micro-contaminants and then energetically structure the water. Air is filtered, humidity-controlled, and scrubbed of VOCs and particulates on the same integrated basis.
Circadian Lighting from Dawn to Dusk
Amber at dawn, daylight-autonomous at midday, warm amber in the evening, blue wavelengths gone by night. Every fixture in every room is spectrally tuned to the sun over the Catalinas.
