Several years ago, Jonathan Farrar and his family relocated to Tennessee for a fresh start — and moved into a home with significant hidden mold contamination. Already dealing with Lyme disease, mold toxicity, and toxic burden overload, the new exposure pushed the entire family into crisis. His wife and young children grew sicker. Doctors had no answers. Conventional inspectors said nothing was wrong.
That season of desperation became a turning point. Jonathan dove into the Building Biology Institute, earning certifications in EMF, indoor air quality, mold, and building materials. Today he runs JF Healthy Homes out of Nashville, spending hours onsite in each home — tracing moisture pathways, mapping EMF exposure, measuring air quality, and translating complex data into clear plans that fit each family's health goals and budget.
His specialty is the client everyone else has given up on: the family told 'nothing is wrong' who is still getting sick.
